Creative studio guideHow much does a garden studio cost?
Our garden studios start from £13,500 + VAT for a 3 × 3m room, fully installed, up to £27,000 + VAT for 6 × 3m. Fit-outs such as storage, sinks or acoustic treatment are quoted to your design. See our price guide.
Can you add a sink or water supply?
Yes. Water and drainage can be added for sinks and basins. Drainage connections must meet Building Regulations, and we plan this at the design stage. Electrics, plumbing & utilities.
Can a garden studio be soundproofed for music?
Yes. Extra soundproofing is available with our Enhanced Fit-Out, and advanced acoustic treatment with SignatureFit™ for music and recording.
Do I need planning permission for a garden studio?
Most garden studios fall under permitted development. If you’ll see clients or run a business from it, we’ll check what applies at your survey. Read our planning guide.
How long does it take?
Most studios take 4–6 weeks, depending on size, fit-out, access and weather. We confirm your timeline in your quote.
