Our garden offices start from £13,500 + VAT for a 3 × 3m room, fully installed, up to £27,000 + VAT for 6 × 3m. You get a fixed, itemised quote after a free site survey. See our price guide.
Do I need planning permission for a garden office?
Most garden offices are built under permitted development, provided they meet the size, height and position rules. If clients will visit or you run a business from it, we’ll check what applies. Read our planning guide.
Will it be warm enough to work in during winter?
Yes. Every room is insulated in the walls, roof and floor, with a 2kW smart heater included, so it stays comfortable all year.
Can I get good internet in a garden office?
We plan power and data around your setup at the survey, and can advise on the best way to get a reliable connection from the house to your desk.
How long does it take to build?
Most garden offices take 4–6 weeks, depending on size, access and weather. We confirm your timeline in your quote.
