As a guide, builds start from £1,300 + Vat per m² fully installed. The final price depends on size, access, ground conditions, doors/windows, electrics, and any upgrades. Share your postcode and a rough size and we will provide a clear quote.
How long does the whole process take?
Most projects take 4-6 weeks from consultation to installation (this can vary depending on design choices, access, and weather).
Do I need planning permission?
Many garden rooms fall under permitted development, but it depends on your property and the proposed size and position. We will advise you clearly and help you take the right next step if permission is needed.
Are Oaklight garden rooms warm in winter?

Yes. You can tailor the size, layout, doors/windows, cladding style, and internal finishes. If you’re using the room for something specific (office, studio, therapy room, beauty space, gym), we’ll plan the spec to suit.
