Every Oaklight garden room starts with CoreBuild™: a warm, fully insulated, all-season room. The Enhanced Fit-Out adds practical, high-value upgrades inside, so your room works harder for the way you use it.
It’s ideal when a standard room isn’t quite enough, but you don’t need a fully bespoke SignatureFit™ build with specialist plumbing, AV systems or custom-made furniture.

Enhanced adds practical upgrades inside your CoreBuild™ room: storage, lighting, extra soundproofing, smart heating and built-in workspace. SignatureFit™ is fully bespoke, with advanced acoustic treatment, specialist plumbing or ventilation, custom-built furniture, AV and automation, and premium finishes. Compare all three.
Do I have to take every upgrade?
No. We’ll recommend the upgrades that suit how you’ll use the room, and your quote shows each one clearly so you can decide what to include.
How much does it cost?
Our standard CoreBuild™ rooms are guide-priced at £1,500 per m² + VAT, fully installed. Enhanced upgrades are added on top and quoted individually, based on your room and the upgrades you choose. See the price guide.
Does it take longer to build?
Upgrades are fitted as part of the same project. Most garden rooms take 4–6 weeks on site, and we’ll confirm the timeline for your room in your quotation.
Is it right for a beauty salon or therapy room?
Often, yes. Better lighting, storage and extra soundproofing suit many treatment rooms. If you need a sink, specialist ventilation or a fully kitted-out salon, SignatureFit™ may be the better fit, and we’ll advise at your survey. Beauty salon garden rooms.
